What is the best way to wash the collection?

For the best care, we recommend washing on cold, tumble dry until damp and hang dry to finish.

What’s the best way to find out about restocked items?

Our Instagram as well as our Scared But Alive club mailing list will have the latest announcements on upcoming collections.

How do I know my size?

We have size charts available on each product.

How long will it take for Customer Service to respond?

We aim to complete all requests within 24 hours of receiving but during our busier times it may take 2-3 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We aim to reach as many countries as possible, import tax and shipping can be costly so as we expand, we will aim to reduce costs for you.

How long do orders take to ship?

We are proud to have a quick, dedicated team that works to fulfill every order within 24 hours of the order placed. On our busier drops, please allow 1-3 days for order to be fulfilled.

What is your return policy?

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your purchase does not work out for any reason, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order as long as the product is unwashed and unworn with tags included.

We will pay for the return shipping cost for US orders. Any refund requests will only be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that if a refund is requested, your refund will not include the original cost of shipping.

At this time, we do not offer free return shipping for international orders or refunds on any Taxes & Duties incurred from your original order. However, for any international exchange orders, we will cover the cost of sending your exchange back to you. For Taxes & Duties refund inquiries for any returned items, please reach out to your local customs office to receive appropriate compensation if applicable.

When will my return be processed?

Please allow 3-5 business days from the time your return package is marked as delivered back at our warehouse for us to process your return/exchange.
